The flexibility of our space means you can choose the catering option that best suits your requirements. For smaller, less formal events, we can cater in-house with our wood-fired pizza and optional antipasti selections, starting at $30 per guest. For larger or formal sit-down events, we are happy to assist your choice of caterers to bring your event to life.
Please advise them to liaise us with any queries so we can ensure your event goes off without a hitch.
We can source your favourite drinks to compliment our well-stocked bar and complete the day. Our bar staff are all Responsible Service of Alcohol trained and will make all bar arrangements, so you don't have to.
For weddings, we facilitate pre-paid bar tabs for your party and alcohol packages tailored to your event, covering guests for the duration of your reception.

Due to our beautiful lawn space and for guest safety, for large events we use specialised polycarbonate glasses. These are environmentally friendly and help us to ensure the safety of all patrons.

We've got you sorted, with a wine barrel or a small cake table available upon request and cake storage (until you're ready for the big reveal!) in our perfectly acclimated store room (approx. 22 degrees.)
We recommend a trusted friend or family member take up cake duty for your special day, presenting it on the cake table and serving your guests.
Our Fire Pits add a cosy atmosphere to night-time parties and are available to hire during the year's colder months.
With plenty of wood available, we'll have the fires burning into the night, keeping you and your guests toasty and warm.
Photographs taken in the vineyard are limited to the bridal party and photographer.
Kindly note Barham Vines must be advised of photography before your event.
Barham Vines is a working vineyard; from time to time, farm equipment or bird netting may be visible in the vineyard.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
The balance and final guest numbers are required 14 days prior to your event. Events booked on a Sunday or public holiday incur a surcharge of 15%.
If cancellation occurs, a 50% administration fee is withheld from the deposit.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event 100% fee is withheld.
The customer is liable for any damages to any property incurred during the event by guests or vendors.
Smoking is prohibited within the venue space, the bar area, and the toilets.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas where ashtrays are provided.
Barham Vines reserves the right to close any function earlier than previously planned at their discretion
Access to the event space is available on the day of the event.
All styling and personal items must be removed by 4 pm Sunday after your event. This includes furniture, dance floor, decorations, and other items for your event.
Barham Vines has a strict curfew.
Bar service is available for a maximum of five hours, finishing no later than 11.30 pm.
All live music must conclude by 11.30 pm.
